Role Overview:
The Immunology Intern will support Immunology Marketing by assisting with product management, marketing operations, content development, and administrative tasks.
Job Descriptions/Key Responsibilities:
1. Brand Materials Development and Management
- Support the preparation, development, and update of promotional and non-promotional materials (e.g., detailing aids, brand leave-behinds, campaign visuals, digital assets) to drive planned messaging across touchpoints.
- Coordinate with agencies/vendors to manage artwork revisions, proofreading, and layout refinements
- Conduct background data gathering (clinical studies, guidelines, competitor content, disease insights) to support material creation.
- Assist in ensuring all materials comply with relevant SOPs and local regulatory requirements.
- Operational & Administrative Support
- Assist in drafting of various documents required for operational processes, including agreements, vendor documents, trackers, justification reports, and meeting minutes.
- Support preparation of briefing documents for speakers, HCPs, and internal teams to support marketing initiatives or scientific/medical events.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings and medical education activities.
3. General Team Support
- Support daily tasks delegated by the Product Manager to ensure smooth brand operations.
