Minimum SPM qualification.

At least 1 year of experience in the coffee chain industry.

Good leadership and communication skills.

Able to work on a shift basis.

Assist and report to Area Manager on outlet operation matters.

Lead and demonstrate the team the operation process according SOP.

Master the skill and knowledge of SFC food and beverage preparation and serving.

Master the skill and knowledge of SFC coffee brewing and preparation.

Assure the opening and closing process is smooth and according to SOP.

Assure the cashier operation process is smooth and according to SOP.

Assure the marketing promotion implement correctly in outlet.

To monitor and assure daily cashflow of outlet is accurate and healthy.

Count and verify daily sales at the end of the day and proceed to bank-in according to SOP.

Manage and monitor the growth and profit of outlet.

Plan and schedule store labour effectively.

Plan and schedule stock effectively.

Assure the stock ordering and receiving is correct and in good condition.

To train, guide and supervise staff’s work and development, and provide advise for poor performance staff.

Identify business opportunities to maximize sales.

Maintaining store cleanliness and housekeeping.

Provides the best and quality service and to drive the team to practice the same.

Complete paperwork and reporting process.

Recruitment to identifying candidate, attracting interviewing, selecting, hiring and onboarding employees.
