Job Summary
Responsible for providing friendly and efficient customer service and supporting the smooth daily operation of the outlet.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take customer orders accurately and process orders according to Company procedures.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
• Assist customers with menu enquiries and provide appropriate recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of dining, service and common areas.
• Clear and clean tables promptly.
• Assist with food and beverage preparation when required.
• Refill service items, condiments, packaging and other supplies.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally and refer matters to the Supervisor when necessary.
• Follow Company SOPs, hygiene, food safety and safety requirements.
• Assist other team members during busy periods.
• Perform other duties assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Customer service experience is an advantage.
• Friendly, polite and approachable personality.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Responsible and willing to learn.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays when required.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
