Minimum 1–3 years of experience in beauty, body or slimming treatments is required.

Training is provided, but applicants without relevant experience will not be considered.

Well-groomed, with good communication skills and a positive attitude.

Detail-oriented, efficient, responsible and committed to quality customer service.

Willing to learn new treatment techniques and follow service procedures.

Able to communicate in Mandarin and English.

Able to work shifts.

Sales and consultation experience is an added advantage.

Work location: SS2, Petaling Jaya.

Perform personalised treatments according to company procedures.

Assess clients’ needs and recommend suitable treatments, packages and home care.

Explain treatment procedures clearly and ensure clients feel comfortable throughout each session.

Operate treatment equipment correctly and maintain it in good condition.

Maintain a clean, hygienic and organised treatment environment.

Manage appointments, update client records and follow up on clients’ progress.

Build good client relationships and support sales through professional, attentive service.
