Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field.

Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in purchasing, procurement, or a related field.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Good negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Able to communicate and deal with suppliers professionally.

Good knowledge of purchasing procedures, inventory management, and supplier sourcing.

Ability to compare quotations, evaluate suppliers, and ensure cost-effective purchasing.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.

Familiar with purchasing procedures, Purchase Orders (PO), Purchase Requisitions (PR), and inventory control.

Detail-oriented, responsible, well-organized, and able to work independently.

Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Manage the procurement of goods and services, ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency.

Source and negotiate with suppliers on pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.

Prepare and process purchase orders, GRN, and related purchasing documentation.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment for all branches.

Maintain accurate inventory records and support stock take activities.

Coordinate receiving, storage, issuance, and return of goods.

Liaise with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.

Ensure compliance with ISO 13485, GDPMD, and company procurement procedures.

Maintain purchasing, inventory, and supplier records.

Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by Management.
