What You’ll Do

• Deliver excellent and friendly customer service, handling enquiries and after-sales support with professionalism
• Recommend products confidently and showcase their value to customers
• Build strong customer relationships to drive repeat business
• Support daily store operations (merchandising, price tagging, promotions)
• Assist in stock handling, replenishment, and organization

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum SPM or equivalent
• 1–2 years of working experience (retail experience is an advantage)
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and basic English
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Sales-driven with a customer-first mindset
• Positive attitude, responsible, and eager to learn
• Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
