Student Recruitment Executive

Salary: RM2,000/month
Location: Cyberjaya | 4 days in office + 1 day WFH

We are looking for a Student Recruitment Executive to manage the student recruitment process from initial enquiry to successful enrolment and commencement of classes.

Responsibilities:

• Reply to student enquiries via WeChat, WhatsApp, Messenger, phone and email.
• Follow up with prospective students and assist with applications.
• Manage student documents and admission processes.
• Liaise with universities, education agents and international partners.
• Follow up with students until they successfully start classes.
• Maintain student records and recruitment status in Excel.
• Assist with basic admin work and occasional social media posting.

Requirements:

• Good written and spoken English.
• Good communication skills and comfortable answering calls.
• Fast and professional with WhatsApp/Messenger/WeChat replies.
• Organised and comfortable using Word and Excel.
• Positive attitude and willing to learn.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in student recruitment is an advantage.
