Accounting Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain financial records, including ledgers and journals.
• Conduct monthly reconciliation of bank statements.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Manage invoices, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Maintain fixed asset register and depreciation schedules.

Administrative Responsibilities:

• Manage inventory, goods receivable, and carry/arrange inventory
• Maintain accurate filing systems for both paper and electronic documents.
• Provide support to the management team as needed.
• Handle correspondence and communication with clients and vendors.

Payroll Responsibilities:

• Process monthly payroll
• Prepare and send the pay slip to the employee
• Perform salary payment
• Perform statutory payment
• Prepare EA Forms

Skills:

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to tasks.
• Xero and SQL accounting system

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
