COMMIS III (KITCHEN)

Bertam Resort & Water Park Penang
Location: Kepala Batas, Penang

We are looking for a passionate, hardworking and motivated Commis III to join our Culinary Team.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in daily food preparation and cooking operations.
• Prepare ingredients and dishes according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and food safety standards in the kitchen.
• Ensure proper food storage, labelling and stock rotation (FIFO).
• Assist senior chefs in maintaining food quality and consistency.
• Follow kitchen SOPs, HACCP and safety procedures.
• Support smooth kitchen operations during breakfast, lunch, dinner and events.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Certificate or Diploma in Culinary Arts or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and food preparation.
• Good understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Positive attitude, teamwork and willingness to learn.
• Previous experience in a hotel or resort kitchen will be an added advantage.

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
