• Full-time position based in a experience store.

• Able to work from :
  -Weekdays (Sun-Thurs): 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM.
  -Weekend (Fri- Sat): 11:00am - 9:00pm

• Able to work weekends, public holidays, and peak retail periods when scheduled.

• One rotational rest day between Monday and Thursday, subject to roster planning.

• Minimum 1 year of retail, customer service, sales, or customer-facing experience is preferred.

• Experience in consumer electronics, IT gadgets, mobile devices, home appliances, power tools, outdoor equipment, batteries, solar products, or technical retail products is highly preferred.

• Strong interest in technology, electronics, portable power, batteries, solar charging, and lifestyle innovation.

• Able to understand and explain product specifications accurately.

• Comfortable learning terms such as battery capacity, wattage, watt-hour, charging time, runtime, AC/DC output, USB-C charging, and appliance compatibility.

• Able to conduct product demonstrations confidently and safely.

• Able to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

• Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel / Google Sheets, POS systems, WhatsApp, and common digital tools.

• Strong interpersonal skills and customer service mindset.

• Professional, punctual, responsible, and willing to learn.

• Able to work as part of a team and follow company SOPs.

• Comfortable assisting with stock arrangement, display setup, and product handling where required.

Note: Candidates with only general retail experience are welcome to apply, but must be able to demonstrate strong interest and learning ability in electronics, portable power stations, and product specifications.

• Daily Experience store cleanliness, ensure everything is neat and tidy.

• Attend to walk-in customers and provide a professional in-store retail experience.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable portable power, battery, solar, and lifestyle energy solutions.

• Explain product features, specifications, safety guidelines, warranty terms, and practical usage clearly.

• Conduct hands-on product demonstrations for customers.

• Help customers understand product capacity, output wattage, charging time, runtime, port compatibility, and suitable appliance usage.

• Process customer purchases, invoices, payments, receipts, warranty registration, and product handover.

• Collect and record customer information accurately for warranty registration, after-sales support, and service tracking.

• Verify product model, serial number, accessories, and warranty details before customer handover.

• Support store operations, including opening and closing duties, product display, merchandising, stock replenishment, inventory checks, and store cleanliness.

• Maintain demo units and ensure display products are clean, charged, safe, and ready for customer demonstrations.

• Assist with stock receiving, serial number tracking, stocktake, and damaged goods reporting.

• Handle customer enquiries, complaints, warranty questions, and after-sales support professionally.

• Capture and escalate business leads, SME enquiries, bulk purchase enquiries, home energy enquiries, or event power enquiries to the relevant team.

• Complete product training modules and achieve internal competency standards.

• Follow company SOPs, safety procedures, payment rules, customer data handling rules, and store discipline guidelines.

• Basic salary
• Sales Commission (up to RM2,800)
