About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Account Manager, Enterprise Solutions (GIS / Technology Solutions) to drive business growth within our Enterprise market segment. This role is ideal for a sales professional with a strong background in enterprise technology solution sales and a passion for building long-term customer relationships.

You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and delivering innovative technology solutions that help organizations achieve their digital transformation objectives.

In this role, you will:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue growth and sales targets.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within enterprise, utility, government, and commercial sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast business opportunities.
• Drive customer satisfaction while expanding existing account opportunities.

You will bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in Enterprise IT Solution Sales, Software Sales, SaaS, Cloud, or Technology Solutions.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong experience selling solutions to enterprise customers, government agencies, GLCs, or large commercial organizations.
• Ability to manage end-to-end enterprise sales cycles.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a hunter mindset.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Wiling to work hard & travel.
