The Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Investment Operations Analyst to join our team. This is a critical role designed to bridge the gap between investment execution and fund management. You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of our investments, from facilitating subscriptions to active portfolio monitoring and firm-wide administrative excellence. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who enjoys building robust processes and wants to contribute to both the operational and analytical facets of a sophisticated family office.

Key Responsibilities:

Investment Execution & Middle Office

• Onboarding & Subscriptions: Manage the end-to-end subscription process for new fund investments (GPs), ensuring all KYC/AML and legal documentation is completed accurately.
• Transaction Management: Liaise with fund administrators to ensure capital calls and distributions are processed timely; oversee the execution of wires and signatures to meet strict deadlines.
• Pipeline Support: Assist the investment team by completing initial screening memos for prospective GPs using internal templates and scoring rubrics.

Portfolio Monitoring & Risk

• Performance Tracking: Maintain the internal portfolio management system, ensuring all GP reports, and financial statements are captured.
• Reporting: Generate regular portfolio snapshots for the investment team, focusing on exposure levels, liquidity tracking, and risk metrics across various asset classes.
• Data Integrity: Reconcile internal records with external fund administrator reports to ensure 100% accuracy in reporting.

Corporate Operations & Admin

• Firm Administration: Manage relationships with service providers (auditors, tax consultants, fund admins) and ensure timely payment of invoices.
• Compliance & Payroll: Oversee statutory filings and ensure corporate accounts, such as CPF payments, are executed punctually to maintain full regulatory compliance.
• Logistics: Coordinate high-level travel arrangements and provide general administrative support to the Principals.
