Looking Beyond the Traditional Hospitality Career?

If you enjoy working with people but are exploring career opportunities beyond hotels, F&B or tourism, this programme may be for you.

We are looking for young graduates with strong people skills, service mindset and communication abilities to join our structured 2-year development programme.

You will receive mentorship and practical exposure across client experience, business communication, relationship management and financial literacy.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Support client engagement and relationship-management activities

* Assist in preparing presentations and meeting materials

* Participate in client events and engagement projects

* Conduct research and information gathering

* Coordinate follow-ups and client servicing matters

* Work alongside experienced team members on projects and cases

* Attend structured professional and skills training

* Develop presentation, communication and business-development capabilities

What You’ll Gain

No prior financial-services experience is required. Training and mentorship will be provided.

We’re looking for individuals who are personable, motivated, willing to learn and interested in developing a professional client-facing career.

2-Year Graduate Development Package

University Graduates — Up to S$72,000

Local Diploma Graduates — Up to S$48,000

Programme eligibility, professional requirements and applicable terms will be shared with shortlisted candidates.
