Job Descriptions:

• Coordinate the importation process for new vehicles; ensuring vehicles readiness before inspection.
• Assist in technical specifications and performance review of incoming vehicles to ensure they meet operational, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Review spare parts requirements, prepare technical specifications, and provide recommendations for procurement activities.
• Develop and maintain spare part inventory systems to ensure availability while optimising stock levels and minimising inventory costs.
• Assist in verifying vehicle compliance with safety, operational, environmental, and roadworthiness requirements stipulated by JPJ and applicable national standards.
• Assist in the development, review, and continuous improvement of vehicle inspection procedures, checklists, testing methodologies, and quality assurance processes to meet current regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Contribute to the design, planning, and execution of new projects.
• Assist in maintaining accurate records throughout the project lifecycle, and capture lessons learned to improve future performance.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Registered Member of the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM).
• Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 5 years of relevant experience are welcome to apply.
• Technical knowledge of commercial vehicles and engineering works.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Good teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Good written and verbal communication and listening skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Word and MS Excel.
• Familiarity with CAD software such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Diligent in record-keeping and documentation.
• Good analytical and critical-thinking skills.

Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kota Kemuning: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
