Role Description

The Production Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Klang. This position oversees daily production operations, including organizing workflows, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress to ensure that output meets quality, safety, and delivery standards. The role involves coordinating production schedules, managing resources, and resolving operational issues to maintain efficient use of equipment and materials. The Production Supervisor will lead and support production team members, provide training and guidance, and promote continuous improvement in processes and productivity. The role also includes communicating with management and other departments to report production status, address concerns, and implement corrective actions when needed.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, performance monitoring, and conflict resolution.
• Candidates should possess skills in Production Planning and Production Schedules to coordinate workflows, allocate resources, and meet delivery timelines.
• Candidates should possess Production Management skills to oversee daily operations, maintain quality standards, and ensure adherence to safety procedures.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide clear instructions, and report production updates.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include experience in electronic component manufacturing, familiarity with lean or continuous improvement methods, and knowledge of basic quality assurance practices.
• A relevant diploma or degree.
