Business Analysis Responsibilities

· Gather requirements from UCSI Group companies, departments and business stakeholders.

· Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops and requirement clarification sessions.

· Analyse existing business processes and identify opportunities for digitalisation and improvement.

· Prepare Business Requirement Documents and Functional Requirement Specifications.

· Define user stories, acceptance criteria and functional requirements.

· Prepare process flows, user journeys and functional diagrams.

· Identify business rules, dependencies, integration requirements and data requirements.

· Coordinate requirement clarification with developers and QA engineers.

· Support UAT preparation, execution and stakeholder sign-off.

· Maintain requirement traceability and project documentation.

UI/UX Responsibilities

· Design mobile application user journeys, workflows, and information architecture.

· Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma.

· Design responsive, intuitive, and user-friendly mobile application interfaces.

· Create reusable UI components and contribute to the UCSI Mobile Design System.

· Translate Figma UI/UX designs into functional mobile application front-end interfaces through hands-on coding and implementation.

· Develop mobile application front-end screens, layouts, navigation, animations, and interactive components based on approved designs.

· Possess practical coding experience in mobile application development using relevant technologies, such as Flutter, React Native, or native Android/iOS development.

· Ensure the implemented mobile interfaces accurately reflect the approved Figma designs, including layout, typography, colors, spacing, responsiveness, and interactive behavior.

· Integrate front-end interfaces with APIs and back-end services in collaboration with the development team.

· Work closely with mobile developers, backend developers, and project stakeholders to clarify design requirements and resolve implementation issues.

· Review completed applications against approved designs and recommend improvements to visual consistency, usability, and performance.

· Conduct basic usability evaluations, gather stakeholder feedback, and continuously improve the user experience.

· Maintain consistency across UCSI mobile applications by following established UI/UX standards, coding practices, and design system guidelines.

Required Qualifications & Experience

· Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Multimedia, Interaction Design, UI/UX Design, Business Information Systems, Business Administration or a related field.

· 3–5 years of combined Business Analysis, UI/UX, digital application or mobile application experience.

· Demonstrated ability to work directly with business stakeholders and technical teams.

Required Skills

· Requirements gathering and analysis.

· User stories and acceptance criteria.

· Process mapping and user journey design.

· Wireframing and prototyping.

· Mobile UI/UX design.

· Figma, FigJam or equivalent tools.

· Clear written and verbal communication.

· Basic understanding of APIs, databases and software development lifecycle.

Desirable Experience

· Experience in higher education or other large multi-business-unit organisations.

· Experience with enterprise systems.

· Experience with Agile/Scrum.

· SQL knowledge.

· Understanding of REST APIs and integrations.

· Experience with SSO and authentication workflows.

· Experience designing and documenting mobile applications.

· Experience working with multiple stakeholders and concurrent projects.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM11,000.00 per month
