Contract Duration: Approximately 3-6 months [from mid-September].

Job Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.
• Develop, curate and publish creative content across social media, websites and other marketing channels.
• Produce eye-catching graphics and marketing materials using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Assist in creating and editing short-form video content for digital platforms.
• Prepare marketing posters, captions and promotional copy that align with the company’s branding and objectives.
• Manage and maintain the company’s social media accounts, including content planning and scheduling.
• Conduct research on market trends, customer preferences and competitor activities to support marketing strategies.
• Assist with the planning and coordination of marketing events, campaigns and promotional activities.
• Track social media and content performance and assist in preparing basic marketing performance reports.
• Liaise with external vendors, suppliers and relevant parties to support marketing-related activities.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the marketing team as required.
• Undertake other marketing-related tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, Multimedia, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Capcut, Microsoft Office, or other content creation tools. (Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage).
• Familiar with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn etc.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Creative, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks within deadlines.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
• Good communication and time management skills.
• Available to commit to a 6-3 month contract (mid-September)
• This position is open to Malaysian citizens only.

Schedule

• Day shift

o Working days (5 days only)

o Monday to Friday

• Working hours (9am-5pm)

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
