About The Job

Lead the commercial sales and marketing division to drive top-line revenue, brand presence, and market growth. You will set business strategies, develop channel partnerships, and lead a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual sales, marketing, and commercial business plans
• Lead the team to hit revenue, profit margin, and pipeline targets
• Drive brand campaigns, trade exhibitions, and product positioning strategies
• Build strong relationships with key developers, consultants, architects, and contractors
• Manage distributor, dealer, and agent networks across nationwide channels
• Prepare regular sales forecasts, budgets, and commercial reports for top management
  
  

Skills & Experience Required

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or a related field
• 6 to 10 years of commercial sales and marketing experience in building materials or related sectors
• Proven track record leading commercial teams and managing department budgets
• Solid experience handling project tenders, commercial negotiations, and distributor networks
• Strong skills in sales forecasting, market analysis, and CRM tools
