We are seeking a proactive and service-oriented

Student Services & Operations Manager

to oversee student administration, student welfare, regulatory compliance, and operational functions of the institution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full student lifecycle, including admissions, enrolment, orientation, student contracts, progression, and graduation.
• Administer Student's Pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and related student immigration matters.
• Oversee fee collection, Fee Protection Scheme (FPS) administration, and maintenance of student records.
• Monitor student attendance and follow up on attendance-related matters.
• Manage student welfare, pastoral care, counselling, and student engagement initiatives.
• Handle disciplinary matters, student complaints, feedback, appeals, and dispute resolution.
• Process course transfers, withdrawals, deferments, and refunds in accordance with institutional policies and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate industrial attachments, and industry engagement activities.
• Ensure compliance with EduTrust, ERF, institutional policies, and other regulatory requirements.
• Oversee facilities, classrooms, vendors, suppliers, contractors, and general administrative operations.
• Prepare operational and student services reports for management.
• Lead, supervise, and develop student services and administrative staff.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Education, Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in student services, education administration, or operations management.
• Experience in a Private Education Institution (PEI) environment will be an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Student's Pass administration, Fee Protection Scheme (FPS), student welfare, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organisational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
