Technical Customer Support - Executive (Mandarin & English Speaker)

Location: Ara Damansara, Selangor
Basic Salary: RM3,100 per month
Intake Date: 16 November 2026

Job Description

We are currently looking for Mandarin & English speaking candidates to join our team as Technical Customer Support Executives.

This is an entry-level opportunity for individuals interested in providing technical assistance and customer support. Fresh graduates are welcome, as training will be provided.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist customers with technical enquiries and basic troubleshooting.
• Provide guidance and solutions for technical-related issues.
• Handle customer enquiries and concerns professionally.
• Ensure timely follow-up and appropriate assistance.
• Maintain good customer service standards.

Job Requirements

• Malaysian citizens only.
• Minimum SPM qualification.
• Able to communicate effectively in Mandarin and English.
• Basic computer skills.
• Fresh graduates and candidates without working experience are welcome.
• Willing to work on 24/7 rotational shifts.
• Able to commence work on 16 November 2026.

Working Schedule

• 5 working days per week.
• 24/7 rotational shifts.
• Including night shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: RM3,100
• Additional Allowances: RM600
• Night Shift Allowance: Up to RM400
• KPI Incentive: RM500
• Training provided.

Total Monthly Earnings: Up to RM4,600
