• Perform latex compounding and chemical mixing activities according to approved formulations and batch instructions.
• Prepare, weigh, measure, and dispense raw materials and chemicals accurately according to specified quantities.
• Operate and monitor mixing equipment, including mixing tanks, agitators, pumps, and other related machinery.
• Perform routine cleaning and housekeeping of mixing tanks, equipment, utensils, and the surrounding work area.
• Comply with company safety regulations, SOPs, and environmental requirements.
• Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when handling chemicals and operating machinery.
• Follow chemical handling procedures and refer to Safety Data Sheets (SDS) when necessary.
• Ensure chemicals are handled, stored, and disposed of according to established safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment.
• Immediately report workplace accidents, chemical spills, and unsafe working conditions.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in manufacturing, preferably in latex glove manufacturing, rubber processing, or chemical mixing operations, will be an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of chemical handling, weighing, measuring, and mixing processes.
• Ability to follow production instructions, formulations, and SOPs accurately.
• Physically fit and able to work in a manufacturing environment.
• Willing to work on a rotating shift schedule, including overtime when required.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
