WE ARE HIRING – ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE (MANDARIN SPEAKING)

Job Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL).
• Manage daily accounting transactions, including invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and journal entries.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports, and other accounting reports.
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.
• Monitor outstanding customer payments and follow up on collections.
• Process supplier invoices, payments, and maintain proper creditor records.
• Verify transportation-related expenses, including fuel, tolls, vehicle maintenance, and other operational costs.
• Coordinate with the Operations Department to verify trip-related charges, supporting documents, and customer billing.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Handle LHDN e-Invoicing and ensure compliance with applicable tax requirements.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, suppliers, and other external parties.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records.
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned by Management.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Preferably 1–3 years of relevant working experience in accounting or finance.
• Experience handling full set of accounts is preferred.
• Familiar with SQL Accounting Software or other accounting systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards, taxation, SST, and LHDN e-Invoicing is an added advantage.
• Experience in the logistics, transportation, or freight forwarding industry is an added advantage.
• Good Mandarin communication skills are required to communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers, suppliers, and business partners.
• Good analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to meet deadlines.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and cooperate effectively with other departments.

工作职责

• 负责处理全盘账目（Full Set of Accounts），包括应付账款（AP）、应收账款（AR）及总账（GL）。
• 处理日常会计事务，包括发票、收据、付款凭证及会计分录。
• 编制每月财务报表、管理报告及其他相关会计报告。
• 负责银行对账，确保所有财务交易记录准确无误。
• 跟进客户未付款项，并负责应收账款及收款记录管理。
• 处理供应商发票、付款安排及应付账款记录。
• 核对运输相关费用，包括燃油费、过路费、车辆维修费及其他营运开支。
• 与营运部门协调，核对运输费用、相关支持文件及客户账单。
• 协助完成月结及年结工作。
• 处理马来西亚内陆税收局（LHDN）电子发票，并确保符合相关税务规定。
• 与审计师、税务代理、银行、供应商及其他相关单位保持良好沟通。
• 妥善整理及保存所有会计文件及财务记录。
• 完成管理层安排的其他会计及行政相关工作。

任职要求

• 持有会计、财务或相关专业文凭（Diploma）或学士学位（Bachelor's Degree）。
• 拥有1至3年相关会计或财务工作经验者优先考虑。
• 具备处理全盘账目经验者优先。
• 熟悉 SQL Accounting Software 或其他会计系统。
• 熟练操作 Microsoft Office，尤其是 Microsoft Excel。
• 了解马来西亚会计准则、税务、SST 及 LHDN 电子发票者优先。
• 具备物流、运输或货运代理行业会计经验者优先。
• 需具备良好的中文沟通能力，以便与使用中文的客户、供应商及业务伙伴进行工作沟通。
• 具备良好的分析能力、组织能力及解决问题的能力。
• 工作细心、有责任感，并能够按时完成工作。
• 能够独立处理工作，并与其他部门保持良好的合作关系。
