Job Title: Pet Care Executive (Cat Groomer & Cat Sitter)
[SEPTEMBER INTAKE] [FULL TIME POSITION]

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and professional Pet Care Executive to join our cat hotel team. This is not a casual or part-time role — it is a structured, growth-oriented position for individuals who are serious about building a career in the pet care industry.

At our cat hotel, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, attentive, and compassionate care. Every team member plays a crucial role in maintaining our standards and ensuring every cat feels safe, comfortable, and loved.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily care for cats, including feeding, cleaning, grooming, and monitoring overall wellbeing
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of all boarding areas to premium standards
• Observe and report any changes in cats’ behavior or health
• Engage and interact with cats to ensure emotional comfort and enrichment
• Follow strict SOPs to ensure consistent, high-quality service
• Assist with check-in and check-out procedures
• Communicate professionally with team members and, when required, with customers
• Support continuous improvement of service quality and operations

Training & Evaluation Period

• All selected candidates will undergo a 2-week training and evaluation period
• Training will be conducted at our CelebKitty Rawang branch (hostel provided)

During this time, candidates will be assessed on:

• Work ethic and discipline
• Attention to detail
• Ability to follow SOPs
• Knowledge of proper cat care and handling
• Grooming skills, including quality of work and final results
• Teamwork, attitude, and professionalism

Outcome:

• Candidates who meet our standards will be offered a probationary position
• Candidates who do not meet the required standards will still receive a training allowance for their time
