Job Responsibilities

• Assist in daily bakery operations and ensure smooth customer service throughout the shift.
• Prepare, pack, label, replenish and display bakery products according to company standards.
• Monitor product freshness and quality.
• Provide friendly customer service, handle customer enquiries and process sales transactions accurately.
• Assist with receiving bakery deliveries and maintaining appropriate stock levels.
• Maintain cleanliness, food safety, hygiene and workplace safety standards at all times.
• Support the Supervisor with daily operational tasks and other duties assigned by Management.
