AMK Technology is seeking a detail-oriented Finance / Accounts Executive on behalf of our subsidiary company, Fishlah Sdn Bhd, which operates in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day financial operations, particularly Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), ensuring accurate financial records, timely payment processing, invoice management and smooth financial operations to support the company's growing F&B business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) operations.
• Process supplier invoices, payments and expense claims.
• Monitor customer invoices, collections and outstanding payments.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
• Assist with monthly closing and financial reporting.
• Maintain proper accounting documentation and filing.
• Liaise with vendors, customers and internal departments regarding payment matters.
• Ensure compliance with company accounting procedures and policies.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Previous experience in AP/AR or general accounting is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Good attention to detail and organisational skills.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
