Boston Scientific is seeking an Accounting Intern to support the Accounting and Controls department with accounts receivable management and related finance operations. This internship will start from December 2026 to February 2027. The intern will work with Global Business Services, Supply Chain, Accounting and Controls teams, and external vendors while gaining valuable exposure to Singapore business operations and supporting activities related to Singapore’s public hospitals. Students currently studying in Indonesia or Malaysia are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Support initiatives contributing to the digital transformation of Singapore’s public hospitals.
• Review and help clear overdue accounts receivable to improve the entity’s days sales outstanding.
• Liaise with Supply Chain to follow up on long-outstanding purchase orders.
• Assist with account management activities and maintain accurate records for assigned accounts.
• Conduct research and support reporting and analysis related to accounts receivable and controls.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing studies in Accountancy, Business Administration, or a related field at an institution in Indonesia or Malaysia.
• Proficiency in English, with good written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Tableau is an advantage.
• Strong research, organization, and analytical skills.
• Honest, dependable, and willing to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Interest in gaining practical experience with Singapore business operations.
