Responsibilities

• Receiving verification and recording of all stock items.
• Coordinate all order picking, packing and deliveries.
• Proper labelling of stock items according to the appropriate bays.
• Handle returns, labelling and other assigned warehouse tasks.
• Prepare, record and ensure proper filling of Invoices, Delivery Orders, Credit notes and delivery documents.
• Assist in coordination and arrangement in warehouse.
• Involve in the inventory cycle count and half yearly count.
• Maintain good housekeeping, security and safe workplace in warehouse.
• Perform any other duties/assignments assigned by the superior.

Requirements.

• SPM or Diploma graduate.
• Minimum one (1) year experience in warehouse administrative duties.
• Able to speak, read and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Ability to learn quickly and attention to detail.
• Able to work long hours.
• Computer literate.
• Able to withstand cold temperatures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
