WE ARE HIRING: ADMIN STAFF

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary: RM2,000 – RM2,400 per month
Location: Lagoon Perdana, Sunway

We are looking for a responsible, organised, and detail-oriented Administrative Staff to join our team!

Job Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls and respond to enquiries professionally.
• Manage clinic licensing applications, renewals, and related documentation.
• Handle medical panel registration and coordinate with panel providers, insurance companies, and corporate clients.
• Manage daily emails, correspondence, and follow-ups.
• Maintain proper filing, records, and administrative documents.
• Assist with general office administration and other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification; Diploma in Business Administration or a related field is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
• Able to communicate professionally via phone and email.
• Responsible, organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
• Experience in clinic administration, licensing, or panel registration will be an advantage.

Salary & Benefits

• Monthly salary of RM2,000 – RM2,400.
• Annual salary increment upon completion of 1 year of service.
• Bonus entitlement upon completion of 2 years of service.
• Starting annual leave of 18 days.
• Medical GP coverage for dependants.
• Yearly blood test coverage of up to RM200.
• Birthday allowance.
• Annual dental coverage of up to RM200.
