岗位职责
You will design, build and scale the backend systems and cloud-native services that power EDAFY. You bring deep technical skill and a product mindset. You turn business and user needs into software that is scalable, secure and reliable, and you help raise the bar for the engineers around you.
Key Responsibilities
Product-driven development: Turn requirements into scalable, low-latency microservices and APIs with product managers and designers.
Backend systems: Build high-performance, maintainable services in Golang, C# .NET or Java Spring Boot.
Data: Design data models, write complex queries and tune PostgreSQL for high transaction volumes.
Multi-cloud: Deploy, run and scale containerized applications on AWS and Azure using Docker and Kubernetes.
Code quality: Apply sound design principles, patterns and testing for clean, modular code.
CI/CD: Work with DevOps to keep pipelines and deployments secure and automated.
Technical leadership: Lead code reviews, write technical documentation and mentor mid-level and junior engineers.
Cross-functional delivery: Ship reliable, secure solutions with teams across the business, in line with QHSE standards.
At least 7 years of professional software development experience in backend or product engineering.
Strong proficiency in at least one of Golang, C# .NET or Java Spring Boot.
Solid understanding of OOP, SOLID principles and modern design patterns.
Extensive hands-on PostgreSQL experience, including query optimization, indexing and database architecture.
Proven experience with AWS infrastructure (EC2, S3, RDS, EKS) and Azure (AKS, Azure SQL, Blob Storage).
Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices and API design (REST, gRPC).
Proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes.
