岗位职责

Key Responsibilities:

To support the Demand Planning Manager (ExB) in translating ExD demand into detailed, execution-ready ExB plans and providing data analysis, reporting and insights to support decision-making within Demand Review and S&OP processes.
Converting ExD demand signals into detailed, execution-ready ExB plans across SKU, channel and distributor levels
Managing planning complexity and granularity while ensuring accuracy and operational feasibility
Balancing service level, stock availability and inventory risks in a dynamic execution environment
Perform detailed analysis, identify key risks, gaps, and optimiza opprtunitiess to support decision making
Work closely with Supply Planning & Material Planning to validate demand plan feasibility

Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering (Industrial/ Operations), or related disciplines.
3-5 years of experience in Demand Planning/ Supply Chain Planning/ Analytics
Experience in S&OP/ Demand Review process,with regional or central planning hub and in FMCG or fast-moving environment preferred
Knowledge of Core and FuturMaster planning systems is an added advantage
