Intern – Technical Document Compilation (Engineering Department)

• Role: Collect, scan, index and file the plant’s technical and statutory documents (certificates, drawings, inspection reports, approvals) into the master documents register. Flag missing or expired items to the Engineering Head and Document Controller.
• Skills: Good with MS Excel and Word, basic scanning and file naming, neat and careful with detail, able to read English and Bahasa Malaysia documents.
• Preferred: Certificate/ Diploma or pre-degree student in engineering or business admin, willing to work on site and in the document room, and able to keep records confidential. Duration is 3 to 6 months

Job Type: Internship

Pay: RM700.00 per month
