Looking for aspiring Chef de Partie / Sous Chef for Japanese Cuisine Chef at Japanese restaurant!

Start Date: Immediate

Job Requirements

• Language Required : fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese to effectively communicate with Mandarin/Cantonese-speaking clients.
• Experience : Minimum of 2 years up to 10 years of experience in Japanese cuisine, sushi counter/kitchen
• Skills & Special Requirements : Basic knowledge of Japanese ingredients, with strong interest in Japanese food culture

Work Schedule

Shift System & Hours : 11:00 - 15:00 / 17:00 - 23:00
Daily Working Hours : 10 hours (including meal break)

Salary & Benefits

Salary Range : RM8-18k and negotiable depending on the level of experience (willing to travel for training from time to time!)

Bonus/ Commission : Performance based bonus depending on business results

职位要求

• 年龄： 45岁以下
• 语言要求： 必须流利使用英语、普通话和粤语（三种语言均需流利）
• 经验： 2-10年以上日本料理、寿司吧／板前经验
• 技能及特别要求： 具备基本的日本食材知识，对日本饮食文化有浓厚兴趣

工作安排

• 轮班制工作时间： 11:00 - 15:00 / 17:00 - 23:00
• 每日工作时长： 10小时（含用餐时间）

薪资与福利

• 薪资范围： 每月 MYR 8,000 - 18,000（视经验和能力而定 & 是否需愿意偶尔出差接受培训）
• 奖金／提成： 根据业绩发放绩效奖金
