Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, Creative Design, or a related field.

1–2 years of experience in content creation, social media, digital marketing, or a related role; fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are welcome.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Confident and comfortable appearing on camera, hosting live streams, and presenting video content.

Creative, proactive, and able to develop fresh and engaging content ideas based on current trends.

Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and basic content creation/editing tools such as Canva or CapCut.

Good understanding of social media analytics, audience engagement, and content performance.

Able to work independently and collaboratively with the Sales and Marketing teams in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of video editing software (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro) and graphic design platforms (Canva, Adobe Illustrator).

Professional proficiency in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Melayu. Fluency in Mandarin is a strong advantage, as the role will involve creating and engaging with content on Mandarin-language platforms.

Content Creation: Develop, write, edit, design, and update engaging multimedia content for websites, blogs, social media, e-commerce platforms, and marketing materials.

On-Camera Talent: Represent the brand as the face and voice of our content by hosting live streams, presenting videos, and appearing confidently on camera.

Content Performance: Monitor and analyse content performance, prepare reports, measure ROI, and identify opportunities for improvement.

Community Engagement: Manage social media interactions, respond to customer enquiries and feedback, and turn audience insights into relevant content ideas.

Trend & Platform Research: Stay updated on digital trends, emerging technologies, and new social platforms to develop fresh ideas that increase engagement and traffic.

Brand Consistency: Ensure all content maintains a consistent brand voice, visual identity, and alignment with company products, services, and marketing direction.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams, particularly the Digital Marketing Executive, to develop content that supports overall marketing campaigns and business objectives.
