Service Advisor

Pantai Bharu – Klang, Selangor

We’re looking for a customer‑focused Service Advisor to support our service centre and showroom operations. This role is ideal for students, fresh grads, or individuals seeking flexible work while gaining hands‑on automotive industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and assist with service enquiries.

• Prepare job cards, quotations, and guide customers through service processes.

• Coordinate with technicians to ensure smooth workflow.

• Provide updates to customers on service progress.

• Support front‑desk operations and maintain a professional environment.

Compensation

• Basic started from RM1,700 to RM2,500.
