Monitor workshop productivity, efficiency, utilization, and KPIs.
Allocate jobs and monitor technicians’ performance.
Ensure timely completion and quality of vehicle repairs.
Ensure compliance with OEM standards, SOPs, and safety requirements.
Support diagnosis and resolution of complex technical issues.
Coach and develop technicians to improve performance.
Coordinate with Service Advisors, Parts, Warranty, and other departments.
Handle escalated technical and customer issues.
Assist Workshop Manager in manpower planning and operational improvements.
Requirements:
Degree in Automotive/ Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Possess good communication & interpersonal skills with strong business acumen and integrity.
Result-oriented with a service-minded attitude, problem solver, self-motivated, strong leadership attributes and high degree of confidentiality and integrity.
