Responsibilities
完成公司设定的销售目标
通过在线聊天和电话及时、专业地为顾客提供服务
跟进顾客，确保顾客对产品和服务感到满意
向顾客介绍最新促销活动及特别优惠
管理并更新线上平台的顾客资料
将顾客的意见反馈给内部团队，以提升服务质量
根据订单准确拣货、点货及备货
妥善包装货品，以安排送货或供顾客取货
整齐摆放、整理及检查店内库存
汇报库存短缺或数量不符的情况
按工作需要负责装货、卸货及搬运货品
确保店内环境整洁、安全且井然有序
