About Jinrui Ramen

Jinrui Ramen brings the craftsmanship of Osaka ramen artisan Takahiro Matsumura to Malaysia through a collaboration established in 2025.

Built around Matsumura-san’s signature shoyu ramen recipe, Jinrui Ramen combines authentic Japanese ramen craftsmanship with carefully selected local ingredients to create a distinctive dining experience for Malaysia.

We are looking for friendly and responsible individuals to join our team and grow with us.

Job Requirements

• Malaysian citizen or valid work authorization in Malaysia

• Full-time / Part time position

• Able to work 6 days per week based on a rotating roster

• Able to work on weekends and public holidays

• Friendly, responsible, punctual and willing to learn

• Good attitude and able to work well as part of a team

• Able to communicate with customers and provide good customer service

• Able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at all times

• No prior restaurant experience required — training will be provided

• Experience in F&B / restaurant operations will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

• Welcome and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner.

• Take orders accurately and process payments using the POS system.

• Respond to customer requests and ensure a pleasant dining experience.

Food Preparation

• Assist with food and beverage preparation according to established SOPs.

• Support cooking, plating and portioning when required.

• Follow food safety, hygiene and quality standards at all times.

Restaurant Cleanliness

• Keep the dining, service and work areas clean and organized.

• Clear and reset tables promptly.

• Perform general cleaning duties, including common areas and restrooms.

Team & Operations

• Support supervisors and team members in daily restaurant operations.

• Assist with stock replenishment and organization.

• Work together with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
