Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, Communications or a related field.

1–3 years of relevant working experience. Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and relevant internship or project experience are encouraged to apply.

Strong writing, communication and storytelling skills.

Confident in building relationships with media, partners and stakeholders.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and events.

Passionate about community engagement, education and creating positive social impact.

Creative and proactive, with the ability to turn ideas into execution.

Tech-savvy and quick to adopt AI, communication and productivity tools to improve content quality and execution.

Good written and spoken English and Mandarin.

Develop engaging content for media releases, articles, blogs, social media and corporate communications.

Build relationships and manage communications with media, influencers, healthcare professionals, strategic partners and other key stakeholders.

Build and expand PopoMama’s customer community through ongoing engagement and initiatives that strengthen brand connection, loyalty and advocacy.

Support community outreach, educational programmes, CSR and impact marketing campaigns.

Develop compelling brand stories and impact communications that strengthen PopoMama’s brand, mission and thought leadership.

Monitor media coverage, community engagement and consumer trends to identify opportunities to grow brand awareness and impact.
