We are looking for a responsible and service-oriented Clinic Concierge to support the clinic's daily operations, customer service, appointment coordination, and administrative tasks. The role ensures smooth communication and coordination between customers, doctors, and nurses while maintaining an efficient clinic workflow.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer appointments, enquiries, and clinic reception while providing excellent customer service.

• Coordinate appointments and clinic arrangements between customers, doctors, and nurses.

• Handle daily clinic administrative tasks, documentation, and record management.

• Maintain clinic inventory records, conduct stock checks, and assist with inventory management.

• Handle customer billing, checkout, and payment processes.

• Assist with daily clinic operations and coordinate various clinic-related activities, including arrangements for outstation clinics.

• Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
