岗位职责

Overview

  • Support Buying & Finance team in day-to-day billings operations.
  • Booking the space or airtime once the campaign plan has been agreed with the client.
  • Handle own set of client accounts with accountability and responsibly.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely & build strong relationship with media owners manage invoices and billings
  • Media Reports/Invoices
  • Generate media spend reports by each client.
  • Assist finance on invoice matching to bcc schedule number.
  • Overall
  • Work closely with Buying & Finance team on billings and deadlines.
  • Manage and clear all billings and backlogs.

Qualifications

  • Min Diploma in Business/Finance/Data Analytics/Statistics
  • Demonstrated proficiency in written and verbal communications skills in English
  • Ability to deliver under pressure and management of timelines and production
  • Meticulous and structured
  • Curious character, instinctively proactive and believes in asking questions to get ahead
