• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architectural Engineering or related field.

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in CSA construction works.

• Experience in industrial, construction, oil & gas or petrochemical projects is an advantage.

• Good understanding of civil, structural and architectural construction methods.

• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

• Good coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.

• Familiar with relevant construction standards and project requirements.

• Willing to work at project/site locations.

• Possess a valid driving licence.

Job Summary

Responsible for coordinating, supervising and monitoring Civil, Structural and Architectural (CSA) works to ensure construction activities are completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements and project schedule.

Key Responsibilities

1. Construction & Site Coordination

   • Supervise and coordinate daily CSA construction activities at site.

   • Ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications and method statements.

   • Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, suppliers and site teams to resolve construction issues.

2. Technical & Engineering

   • Review and interpret civil, structural and architectural drawings and specifications.

   • Provide technical support and resolve site-related engineering issues.

   • Review shop drawings, material submissions and technical documents.

3. Project Progress

   • Monitor CSA work progress against the project schedule and planned milestones.

   • Coordinate manpower, materials and equipment requirements for CSA works.

   • Report progress, delays and technical issues to the Project Manager.

4. Quality Control

   • Ensure CSA works comply with approved drawings, project specifications and quality requirements.

   • Coordinate inspections, testing and rectification of defective works.

   • Work closely with the QC team to address NCRs and quality issues.

5. Safety & Compliance

   • Ensure construction activities comply with approved safety procedures and applicable regulations.

   • Monitor safe work practices and report unsafe conditions to the relevant personnel.

   • Ensure required permits and approvals are obtained before work commencement.

6. Documentation & Reporting

   • Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and relevant site documentation.

   • Maintain records of drawings, inspections, site instructions and technical submissions.

   • Assist in preparation of as-built drawings and project handover documentation.
