This position is an entry-level employee who participates in a structured training program to learn company operations and prepare for future leadership roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Department Rotations: Work across different areas like sales, marketing, finance, and operations to learn daily processes.
• Shadowing & Training: Attend workshops, complete assigned learning modules, and shadow experienced managers.
• Administrative Support: Assist with data entry, prepare reports, and maintain accurate project records.
• Data Analysis: Review business reports, track revenue, and research ways to improve efficiency.
• Project Assistance: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help implement new company policies and strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: A bachelor's degree in business, management, finance, or a related field.
• Experience: Recent graduate status or up to two years of professional experience.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presentations and team collaboration.
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and comfort with basic data interpretation.
• Tech Literacy: Proficiency in standard office software like MS Office or Google Workspace.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
