KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with top-tier brands, corporate clients, SMEs, and Media/Advertising/PR Agencies to drive revenue growth from both existing and new clients.

Prepare and deliver integrated advertising proposals, sales presentations, and customized campaign solutions to clients and agencies.

Develop and execute sales strategies across online and offline advertising, events, sponsorships, content partnerships, and integrated media solutions to consistently achieve and exceed monthly targets.

Oversee the execution of advertising campaigns while attending to clients’ and agencies’ requirements and ensuring good customer service and after-sales support.

Proactively identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, industry engagement, and relationship-building activities to generate advertising revenue for the company.

Collaborate closely with internal teams to identify upselling opportunities and optimise advertising performance to maximise ROI.

Ensure compliance with company policies, best practices, sales procedures, and operational protocols while maintaining high service standards.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in accordance with the approved Sales Compensation Plan.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
