We are looking for a responsible, organised and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accounts Admin, supporting our daily accounting and administrative operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle daily accounting and administrative tasks.
• Perform data entry for invoices, receipts, payments and other accounting transactions.
• Prepare and issue invoices, credit notes and debit notes when required.
• Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities.
• Check supplier invoices and supporting documents before processing payments.
• Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up on payments.
• Perform bank and account reconciliations.
• Maintain proper filing of accounting documents and records.
• Assist in preparing payment vouchers, journal entries and other accounting documents.
• Assist with month-end closing and preparation of accounting reports.
• Liaise with suppliers, customers and internal departments regarding accounting matters.
• Assist auditors and provide supporting documents when required.
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties assigned by the HOD/Manager.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• Previous experience in accounts/admin work is an advantage.
• Knowledge of accounting software, preferably SQL Accounting.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Responsible, organised and able to work independently.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
