Candidate shall have a minimum of 2 years of working experience involving in custom Clearance role.

Solid knowledge of import/export procedures, HS Code classification, and customs regulations.

Candidate should possess at least Diploma or Bachelor/Degree.

Must be able to communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin.

Good interpersonal & communication skill.

Willingness to work morning or night shifts to provide coverage when teammates are unavailable.

Supervise and coordinate daily data control activities and ensure work is completed accurately and on time.

Monitor the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data entered into company systems.

Identify data discrepancies, errors, and missing information and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution.

End-to-End Customs Operations & Import/Export Management – Oversee end-to-end process: prepare customs declarations, invoices, shipping documents, and related paperwork.

Stakeholder Liaison – Act as main point of contact between importers/exporters and customs officials. Resolve queries and provide required documents.

Coordination with Logistics – Work with shipping and logistics teams to ensure timely transport. Share documents with agents and monitor shipment status.

Error Handling – Investigate discrepancies, adjust declarations, communicate with authorities, and escalate issues to management.

Monitor team performance, allocate workload, and provide guidance and support to team members.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to data accuracy, processing status, and operational performance.
