Job Purpose
Coordinate customer orders and plan small truck deliveries to modern trade outlets, including supermarkets, hypermarkets and retail chains, ensuring deliveries meet customer requirements and outlet receiving schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service and Order Coordination
• Receive and confirm delivery bookings, orders and customer instructions.
• Check delivery addresses, quantities, receiving hours and required documents.
• Update customers on delivery status, delays, shortages and unsuccessful deliveries.
• Transport Planning
• Plan daily delivery schedules and routes based on outlet locations, delivery time slots, truck capacity and stock readiness.
• Allocate suitable small trucks and drivers according to delivery volume and outlet access restrictions.
• Combine deliveries where practical to improve truck utilisation and control transport costs.
• Modern Trade Delivery Coordination
• Arrange delivery appointments or booking slots where required.
• Ensure drivers receive clear instructions on outlet receiving procedures and documentation.
• Coordinate with customers and outlets to resolve rejected goods, missed slots, quantity discrepancies and rescheduling.
• Warehouse and Driver Coordination
• Coordinate with the warehouse to ensure orders are picked, checked and ready for loading.
• Issue delivery schedules, route plans and delivery instructions to drivers.
• Monitor truck departures, delivery progress and completion throughout the day.
• Delivery Issue Resolution
• Arrange redelivery, goods returns or replacement transport when necessary.
• Escalate vehicle breakdowns, serious delays, damaged goods and customer complaints.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to close outstanding delivery issues.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
