GRAPHIC DESIGNER
Creative & Digital Content Executive

Location: Subang Jaya, Selangor
Employment: Full-time, on-site
Salary: RM2,500–RM3,000 per month

ABOUT ARTISAN3D

Artisan3D is a 3D printing solutions company providing 3D printers, filaments and materials, professional 3D printing and modelling services, prototyping, customised solutions, workshops and training.

We’re looking for a creative Graphic Designer to join our Creative & Marketing team. You’ll turn product information and campaign ideas into visuals for social media, e-commerce, events and print.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Training and guidance will be provided, including learning about our products and the 3D printing industry.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Design social media posts, carousels, digital advertisements and campaign visuals.
• Create e-commerce product images, feature graphics, promotional banners and marketplace content.
• Produce posters, flyers, showroom materials and event or exhibition artwork.
• Contribute ideas for content calendars, promotions and product launches.
• Learn and apply marketing funnel principles to create content for awareness, engagement and conversion.
• Collaborate with the video team on content production.
• Participate as talent in selected photos, videos, product demonstrations and livestreams.
• Prepare accurate digital and print artwork while maintaining brand consistency.
• Manage assigned tasks, organise design files and complete revisions within agreed timelines.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Digital Media, Marketing or a related field.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; familiarity with Canva is an advantage.
• A good eye for layout, typography, colour and visual storytelling.
• Basic understanding of social media and digital marketing, with a willingness to learn about e-commerce content.
• Comfortable participating in front of the camera and in livestreams.
• Able to communicate clearly, take feedback and work collaboratively.
• Responsible with deadlines and proactive in asking questions or raising blockers.
• A portfolio showcasing your creative ability. University, internship and personal projects are welcome.

ADDED ADVANTAGES

• Knowledge of 3D printing, filaments, CAD or prototyping.
• Basic photography, video editing or motion graphics skills.
• Experience creating social media or e-commerce content.

Previous 3D printing experience is not required.
