Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in Dynamics NAV/Business Central support or implementation.
• Good understanding of Business Central functional processes.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Good communication and customer-facing skills.
• Experience with ERP support, testing, configuration, and issue management.
• Knowledge of Manufacturing, Warehouse, or Project Accounting is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with functional and technical teams.

Dynamics 365 Business Central Support Consultant to provide functional support and consultancy to customers using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. The successful candidate will be responsible for investigating and resolving application issues, assisting users, performing system configuration, supporting testing and upgrades, and recommending process and system improvements.

The role requires strong knowledge of Business Central functional modules, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide functional support and troubleshooting for Business Central.
• Analyze and resolve customer incidents and service requests.
• Support Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Warehouse and other Business Central modules.
• Perform functional configuration and approved system changes.
• Conduct functional testing, regression testing, and UAT support.
• Provide user guidance, training, and documentation.
• Perform root-cause analysis and identify permanent solutions for recurring issues.
• Work with developers and technical consultants on customizations and complex issues.
• Support Business Central upgrades and releases.
• Identify opportunities for process and system improvements.
• Maintain accurate support documentation and knowledge articles.
