About The Job

This position serves as a critical operational bridge between commercial clients and factory engineering teams. You will drive smooth sales administration while managing technical order details to ensure accurate product delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer enquiries, prepare quotations, and accurately handle purchase orders
• Track and monitor order delivery schedules to ensure on-time fulfillment
• Communicate directly with commercial clients to clarify requirements and provide order updates
• Interpret technical AutoCAD drawings to coordinate custom order specifications with engineers
• Assist in improving sales admin workflows to support overall operational efficiency
  
  

Skills & Experience Required

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
• 1 to 2 years of experience in sales administration or customer service
• Basic ability or familiarity in reading AutoCAD drawings and technical layouts
• Prior exposure or willingness to learn ERP systems and HVAC industry basics
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a positive, service-oriented attitude
