Bachelor’s Degree or relevant professional qualification

3–5 years of experience in operations/admin; banking, finance, leasing or automotive experience is an advantage

Good Excel skills, especially Pivot Table & VLOOKUP

Strong communication, coordination and numerical skills

Mandarin-speaking preferred

Manage end-to-end vehicle leasing operations and customer accounts

Handle customer enquiries and coordinate with workshops/service providers

Manage contracts, agreements, stamping, insurance and renewals

Monitor vehicle maintenance, costing and contract status

Prepare reports and coordinate with internal/external parties
